Thought I’ve been food journaling for quite some time now, I’ve never chronicled my workouts past a few rep and weight scribbles in a book and cryptic messages like “not feeling it” and “really hard.” Starting now, this is where I plan to keep an archive of all things fitness related in my life. I’ll use this to find motivation, check my progress, and maybe provide a helpful tip to a passing reader.
